Christine Matauschek is a sustainability expert with broad professional experience. She is a native German speaker, fluent in English, and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
Since January 2025, she has rejoined Fresh Thoughts as a researcher, focusing on environmental research and social media management. Previously, she worked as a Corporate Responsibility Professional at HOFER KG Austria (2022–2024), where she implemented initiatives in deforestation prevention, sustainable nutrition, and EU regulations (EUDR). Her earlier experience at Fresh Thoughts (2019–2022) included environmental policy, biodiversity, and stakeholder engagement.
She holds a Master’s degree in „Environmental and Sustainability Management” from IMC Krems (2022) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (2020). Additionally, she is trained as a mediator and certified in social media management, corporate waste management, and environmental auditing.
