Fresh Thoughts advised the Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) on the creation and operation of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Water Resources and River Rejuvenation (WR&RR) in the largest state of the Ganga Basin. Additionally, the team developed a Blueprint for Water Accounting (following the UN-SEEAW standard).
