In 2014, WWF Spain published a report highlighting problems in ensuring water savings in agriculture contribute to sustainable water quantity management at the water body or basin levels. Fresh Thoughts was requested to assess policy opportunities and options to overcome the existing obstacles and thus provide an update to the report.
