WWF Spain released a report in 2014, which showcased problems in ensuring a contribution from agricultural water savings to the sustainability of water quantity management at the water body or basin levels. Fresh Thoughts was requested to assess policy opportunities and options to overcome the existing obstacles, and thus provide an update to the report.
