Fresh Thoughts conducted a strategic environmental assessment (SUP) for the second Austrian flood risk management plan. The work included drafting a Scoping Document and the Environmental Report that assesses the impacts of the second Flood Risk Management Plan on the Environment, taking aspects of climate change into account.
