WWF developed a roadmap for restoring the Guadalquivir River estuary (Spain) as a follow-up to a workshop held with relevant stakeholders in 2019. The roadmap contains a vision, objectives, success indicators, and prioritised action sheets with further details, and is based on the theory of change. This also included Interviews and a workshop with experts and stakeholders.
