WWF develops a roadmap for the restoration of the Guadalquivir river estuary (Spain) as a follow-up of a previously held workshop with relevant stakeholders in 2019. The roadmap will address vision, objectives, success indicators and prioritised action fiches with further details, and it will be based on the theory of change. Interviews and a workshop with experts and stakeholders are included.
