Central project evaluation of the project Sustainable management of biodiversity in the Southern Caucasus

Fresh Thoughts carried out the central evaluation of the project “Sustainable management of biodiversity in the Southern Caucasus (PN 2015.2101.2)” following OECD-DAC criteria. The project, which started in 2015 aimed to improve the management of biodiversity and ecosystem services, coordinated across various sectors, particularly focusing on forestry and pastures. It covered Armenia (with pilots in the regions of Aragatsotn, Shirak and Sisian, and in a number of state forest enterprises), Azerbaijan (Ismayilli and Shamekhe) and Georgia.
